Natural Thermal Regulation

Merino Wool manages moisture efficiently whether you are playing, riding or wearing it through the day, wicking perspiration from the skin and dispersing it across the fabric, keeping you comfortable from morning to evening.
Natural Odour Resistance
Merino Wool fibre inhibits bacterial growth naturally. Selknam stays fresh across multiple wears and long days at the yard, meaning fewer washes and a longer-lived garment.
Versatility
Designed as a base layer first, close to the body, next to the skin, Selknam also works for riding, outdoor sport and any activity where warmth and breathability matter. Relaxed enough to wear as a standalone top from the polo ground to the rest of your day.
Materials & Care
Composition
- 67% Merino Wool — superfine, naturally soft, non-superwash
- 22% Polyamide — durability and structure
- 11% Elastane — four-way stretch and shape recovery
- Note: Selknam uses non-superwash Merino Wool — a finer, softer fibre that requires gentle care (see Care below)
Care
- Wool cycle in a mesh garment bag — recommended for machine washing
- Or handwash in lukewarm water using a specialist wool detergent (e.g. Woolite or similar)
- Do not wring — gently press out water and lay flat to dry
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
- Cool iron on reverse if required
- Store folded — do not hang, as Merino Wool can stretch on a hanger over time
