All UK, Europe and the rest of the world orders are delivered by DHL. Your order is fully traceable. Once your order has been shipped out you should receive the tracking information, but if you don’t please contact us on customerservice@onapolo.com. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL directly through its app.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but during busy times it might take us a few days.Â
UK delivery is normally on a 2-5 day service. Please note that some remote areas in the UK have longer transit times.Â
Europe is normally about 5-7 working days.Â
USA and Rest of the world can be around 10 working days.Â
The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties and local taxes may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items. Should a customer refuse delivery of their order, any return shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
