The Ona Elbow Guards are highly flexible ergonomic elbow protectors designed for polo. Built around a Kevlar® outer shell and viscoelastic interior foam, they absorb and dissipate impact energy while moving freely with the arm.

The hard cap sits flush against the elbow point — the area most exposed in a fall or ride-off — while buffer pads at the top and bottom of the shield extend coverage without adding bulk. Two adjustable retention straps keep the guard locked in position through the full arc of a swing, and silicone rings prevent the guard from riding down during play.

Lightweight and well-ventilated, they are built to be worn through a full day of chukkas without discomfort.

How should I care for and store my elbow guards?

Hand wash with mild soap in lukewarm water, or place in a garment bag and machine wash at 30°C. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight. For storage, keep in a cool dry place — the product comes with a convenient roll-top nylon bag which is ideal for both storage and transport.

Can women use the men's version?

Yes. The Ona® elbow guard is unisex and available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. We recommend consulting the sizing chart on the product page to find the best fit, as sizing is based on arm circumference rather than gender.

How do I know which size to choose?

The Ona® elbow guard is sized by arm circumference. Simply measure the top and bottom of your elbow area and refer to the sizing chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort and mobility during play.
