How does the ordering process work?
After you purchase your customized prescription lens, we’ll send you the frame with a temporary lens. You’ll then measure your pupillary distance (PD) using our instructions and submit your prescription details online. We’ll manufacture your custom lens (15-20 days) and ship it to you with installation guidance. Simply replace the temporary lens with your new prescription lens, and you’re ready to go.
Can you accommodate my prescription?
We can make most single vision and progressive prescriptions. Check the prescription ranges below to confirm we can fulfill your order, or contact us if you’re unsure.
SINGLE VISION
+3.00 to -8.00D including Cylinder
PROGRESSIVE
Myopia (-) 0.00D to -7.00D including Cylinder
ADD +0.25D to +3.00D
Hyperopia (+) 0.00D to +2.50D including Cylinder
ADD +0.25D to +2.00D
What is pupillary distance and why do I need to measure it?
Pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between your pupils, measured both horizontally and vertically. It ensures your prescription lens is positioned correctly for optimal vision. We’ll send you clear instructions and you can measure it at home with help from someone, or visit an optician.
What is the temporary lens for?
The temporary non-prescription lens serves two purposes: it allows you to measure your PD accurately while wearing the frame, and it keeps your frame protected until your prescription lens arrives.
How long does it take to receive my prescription lens?
After we receive your prescription details, manufacturing typically takes 15 to 20 days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send tracking information when your lens ships.
Is it difficult to install the prescription lens?
The installation requires firm pressure because our frames are built from military-grade Grilamid for maximum durability. Don’t worry—the frames and lens are virtually indestructible and designed to handle the installation process. We’ll send you a detailed video tutorial to guide you through it step by step.
What frame styles are available for prescription lenses?
We currently offer two frame styles, both of which can accommodate single vision or progressive prescriptions. Browse our collection to see which style suits you best. (insertar link de la pagina de anteojos)
What customization options are available?
You can choose your vision type (single vision or progressive), lens colour, and add an optional mirror coating. The mirror coating reduces glare and is purely aesthetic—it doesn’t change how you see through the lens.
What if I have questions during the process?
We’re here to help! Contact us at any stage if you have questions about your prescription, measurements, or installation. We want to make sure your experience is smooth from start to finish.
I haven’t received my frame with the temporary lens yet. What should I do?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, and international shipments can take a bit longer. Here’s what you can do:
- Check your messages: Your courier company may have sent SMS notifications about the incoming shipment, including any import-related fees that need attention.
- Contact us: If you haven’t received the tracking email or you’re concerned about the delay, use the contact form in our <Customer Support Centre> with your order details, and we’ll look into it for you.
I didn’t receive the email with the prescription form. Where is it?
First, check your spam or junk folder—sometimes emails end up there by mistake. If you still can’t find it, head to our <Customer Support Centre> and submit a request with your order details. We’ll resend the form right away.
Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
It depends on the timing and the type of change you’d like to make. Here are your options:
- When completing the prescription form: Use the comments section to note any changes you’d like to make to your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- After submitting the form: Contact us as soon as possible. Depending on where your order is in the production process, we may be able to make changes—but once manufacturing has started, modifications may not be possible.
Please note: Some changes may involve additional costs. For example, upgrading from single vision to progressive lenses or adding a mirror coating will require a surcharge. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you to arrange payment before proceeding.
I haven’t received my prescription lens yet. When will it arrive?
Lens manufacturing typically takes 15 to 20 days, plus an additional 10 days for shipping depending on your location. We’ll send you an email with tracking information (AWB) once your lens ships, so you can monitor its progress.
If you haven’t received the tracking email or your lens hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the form in our <Customer Support Centre> with your order details, and we’ll investigate immediately.
