Return Form – Instructions

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE (sending back orders either for a refund or exchange)

1. Please complete the RETURN FORM which you will find HERE.  Please print off a copy of the completed RETURN FORM.
2. Please repack the goods in their ORIGINAL ONA packaging (unworn and unused) including tags and labels. We will not accept goods which have been removed from their original packaging, labels and tags removed or which show signs of usage.  
3. Pack the goods securely and insert the printed RETURN FORM inside the package. 
4. Please print off the original invoice and take the package to your local post office or courier company. You may need to present the original invoice to your postal/courier service who may be required to place it together with your CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM. Please use a tracked service. 
5. Non-UK customers are required to complete a CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM. Please state clearly as reason for export: RETURNED GOODS.
