Make It Yours: Customize Your Lens
This is where you personalize your eyewear:
- Mirror Coating: Add an optional reflective coating to reduce glare. Remember, the mirror colour is purely aesthetic—it changes how your lens looks to others, not how you see through it.
- Vision Type: Choose between single vision or progressive lenses depending on your prescription.
- Colour: Select the lens colour that suits your style and playing conditions.
Complete Your Purchase
Once you’ve customized your lens, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Receive Your Frame
After we process your order, we’ll send you the frame fitted with a temporary non-prescription lens. This isn’t your final lens—it’s a placeholder that allows you to measure your pupillary distance (PD) accurately while wearing the frame.
Measure Your PD and Submit Your Prescription
Here’s the part that might feel unfamiliar if you’re used to ordering glasses in-store, but don’t worry—it’s simple. We’ll email you clear instructions for measuring your PD at home, along with a link to our online prescription form.
Follow the instructions to measure both your vertical and horizontal pupillary distances, then complete the form with your prescription details and PD measurements. Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve got everything we need.
We Create Your Custom Lens
Now it’s our turn. We send your prescription to our lab, where your custom lens is manufactured to your exact specifications. This process typically takes 15 to 20 days.
Once your lens is ready to ship, we’ll send you an email with tracking information (AWB) and a video tutorial showing you how to remove the temporary lens and install your new prescription lens.
Install Your New Lens
When your prescription lens arrives, it’s time for the final step. Remove the temporary lens from your frame and insert your new prescription lens.
Our frames are built from military-grade Grilamid—the same material used in antiballistic eyewear—making them virtually indestructible. Because of this exceptional durability, you’ll need to apply firm pressure during installation, but there’s no risk of damaging your frame nor the lens. It’s engineered to handle it.
